Welcome to FRT ("FRT", "we", "our", or "us"). FRT is a platform designed to improve accessibility for individuals with prosopagnosia (face blindness) by processing video files and generating FRT files that help identify characters during playback.

Uploaded media files are used solely for processing. They are not used to train machine learning models or for advertising purposes.
4. Uploaded Media and Generated Files
Uploaded Media
Uploaded media files are stored only for the purpose of processing.
They are automatically deleted:
- Upon successful completion of the processing job, or
- Seven (7) days after upload,
whichever occurs first.
Generated FRT Files
Generated .frt files are retained indefinitely unless removed by FRT.
For content that is not private, such as commercially released movies and television shows, FRT reserves the right to publish generated .frt files as entries in its public catalog so they may be downloaded by other users.
Private uploads are not published without the user's permission.
5. Third-Party Services
FRT relies on trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including:
- Hetzner for server hosting.
- Cloudflare for secure file storage and CAPTCHA to prevent abuse.
- RunPod for compute infrastructure used to process uploaded media.
- Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the service.
- Polar for payment processing and billing.
These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Polar.
FRT does not store your complete payment card information. Payment information is handled directly by Polar in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
7. Cookies and Analytics
FRT uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in
- Remember your preferences
- Measure website usage
- Improve website performance
- Analyze traffic
You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that doing so may affect certain functionality of the service.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmitting or storing data electronically is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Processing Location
FRT's infrastructure is primarily hosted within the European Union.
Our servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. File storage and processing infrastructure provided by Cloudflare R2 and RunPod are also configured to use European regions where available.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to certain processing activities.
- Request a copy of your personal data where applicable.
If you would like to delete your FRT account, please contact us at frt@uaab.sa. We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.
11. Children's Privacy
FRT is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or by email.
